| China is one of the countries, which are suffering the most severe geologic disaster. Coast and mud-rock flow are the main types that cause the casualty. Therefore it is imperative to research on the area with typical geologic disaster, establish the demonstration system for monitoring and forecasting the geologic disaster and spread gradually to the whole country.The Coast Long-Range Monitoring System (CRDMS) is basic and nuclear part of the Gross System for Monitoring and Forecasting the Geologic Disaster, and can be mainly separated into three segments: "Information-in-Field Collection and Transmission System", "BEIDOU Satellite Navigation and Positioning System" and "the Center for Monitoring Geologic Disaster (CMCGD)". The "BEIDOU Satellite Navigation and Positioning System" is the first generation satellite positioning system dominated wholly by our country, and assumes the transmission of the data. The other two segments are exclusive parts of the monitoring system, and this project is about the design and realization of these two parts.The work procedure of the CRDMS is: the Information-in-Field Collection System collects the characteristic geologic data, including water level, temperature of water, displacement in interstice and rainfall; the data are then transmitted to the BEIDOU satellites by the Transmission System, and transmitted farther to the CMCGD with the communications function of the BEIDOU Satellite System; the control software of the monitoring system in CMCGD deals with the data for the first step and deposits them into the database, and transmits the feedback information and command to the System in Field through the BEIDOU System. The data analyzing software manages the data in essential, and realizes the alarm information issued immediately. The data communications in long-range proceeds in the mode of BEIDOU User Communications Command, and should follow the BEIDOU User Communications Protocol.The CRDMS is now accomplished, and has passed the real test in the Coast Demonstration Area in Xiakou, Yaan, Sichuan. The success makes the stable foundation for achieving the other objects of the Gross System for Monitoring and Forecasting the Geologic Disaster.This treatise introduces the background and sense of the thesis, and emphasizes the BEIDOU Satellite Navigation and Positioning System, which is with great significance to the technical strategy of our country. After formulating the structure of the CRDMS, the treatise illuminates respectively the segments and their realization according to the function. |
