The title of this paper comes from "exploitation and application of key technology of the comprehensive integration of ground meteorological observations (project number:GYHY201306070)"child-project" comprehensive integrated hardware platform of Meteorological Observation System(communication control system) ". With the technology of meteorological sounding developping and ground observation automated rapidly, many kinds of new equipment, such as cloud, visibility, weather phenomena, is gradually equipping the observation stations. Some problem has been caused in improving the ability of ground-based observations, such as many communication lines increase the workload of maintenance, and descrease the security of the system, and increase the equipment because of many computers. In my paper, we can not only solve the problems of many lines of communication but also avoiding the loss of transformation of a wide range of instruments through the establishment of the Comprehensive Platform of Ground-base observations and this platform is on the base of ZigBee wireless transmission, serial to fiber, Ethernet to fiber optic communication. Every task is relatively independent in the design of interface of hardware communication, so this paper uses the concept of modular design, and following aspects are included:The main contents are as follows:(1) Design and complete ZigBee wireless communication interface module with the main chip CC2530(2) Design and complete support multiple serial protocol serial fiber optic converters.(3) Design and complete a no network management of 10M/100M adaptive Ethernet to fiber optic transceiversThis article design completed acquisition and wireless transmission of ZigBee wireless transmission interface module, serial fiber optic converter, fiber optic transceivers as a communication interface makes data through wireless or optical fiber transmission, ZigBee wireless transmission for the basic meteorological acquisition and wireless transmission, optical fiber complete long-distance transmission of large amounts of data. Can effectively solve the problem that the connection between existing observation equipment and meteorological observation integrated communication control system, and between communication control system and optical fiber, so as to further solve the problem that the multi communication line,the multi terminal brought by rapid development of meteorological technology and ground automatic observation.
