Bilingual teaching originally only occurred in multiracial countries. Now, with the development of the society and the extensive international communication,globalization requires more high quality graduates. There are more and more colleges and universities regarding the implementation of the bilingual teaching as one of the important teaching reforms.The chapter 1 defines the new concept of binlingual teaching,then discusses the modes and analyses the current situation both home and abroad.Chapter 2 introduces the theory foundations in 3 aspects: linguistics,pedagogics,psychology.In chapter 3,the feasibility and necessity of binlingual teaching in college physics are offered,also, talks on the the key factors,aims,principles and evaluating system. Chapter 4 presents the practicing matters,then analyses the feedback information after several comprehensive investigations.The last chapter takes into account some special problems existing in current bilingual teaching.In this paper ,the author carries out an elementary reseach to binlingual teaching in college physics from the view of practicing and looks forward to optimizing the project.
