With the continuous developing of national economy, the degree of ocean resources exploration has also been increased rapidly. These works are related to the geology's surrey of the undersea engineering. Especially, the method of geotechnical test, as one of the usual approaches of geologic exploration will play a more and more role in soil project. The technique of the CPT system on shallow ocean area seabed is currently a blank in our country. Only few developed countries possess the technology in the world. In order to fill the blankness in this aspect, provide a set of perfect measures for the prospect of project in sea. We offer a set of design on geotechnical test, which can satisfy kinds of requests in the job of carrying on underwater Static Penetration Apparatus on shallow ocean area. We hold it great promise to the future method. This thesis is made out on the basis of wide and thorough research. First, through analyzing the theory, considering all kinds of factors happening in the static penetration work on the bottom of sea, we advance the design of static penetration apparatus and guideline, and then, have a detailed analysis on the functions of its sectors to better the design. The question that this thesis discusses mainly includes: entering organization, raising and lowering organization, hydraulic system, energy, accuse of cable system and prevention of corrosion measure, etc. The main design point of this system is the design of the entering organization, it is a difficult point in the system too. Because CPT in sea floor is differ with land, a main question is or not respond to the special environment of sea floor. Having adopted a way of continuance entering in this design, among them it is mainly that the design of flexibility touches pole. The design has solved this technological difficult problem totally. In the entering organization, it is mainly telled the entering technology of the touches pole, that is adopting the cylinder to be entered. Alignment is the main technology in the design of cylinder. In this thesis, it provided the design and computational process of the cylinder according to the systematic designing requirement and design manual, and provided the design drawing of the structure. Lead to alignment organization it narrates the theoretical foundation of alignment at the same time, and provide the design drawing of the structure proceeding from the reality. Experiment proved that the design of cylinder and alignment organization accord with overall design and actual job requirements of system totally. It is designed the raising and lowering organization in the system too, that is used for realizing the raising and lowering of underwater testing subject part. In the research of mechanism of raising and lowering, the overall displacement carrying on the system is calculated at first, then according to size of displacement come out to choose the camel's appearance and size in the raising and lowering organization, and then carryed on intensity check to the structure of camel, make it meets outside sea water pressure intensity demand on camel and working requirements for raising and lowering in the sea. Due to the job's particularity of the underwater testing subject under water, and hydraulic system's superiority that used among underwater machine in the sea, it used the hydraulic system as the way that power and energy transmitting in the underwater test subject. Not only chosenthe hydraulic system in this thesis but also carried on optimization design to it, make it achieved the safe, economic, practical goal. Working environment of sea floor requests a special systematic energy to the CPT systym. In this system, it adopts that the mother ship to carry on the supply of the energy to the underwater test subject through the navel cord cable. The thesis has carried on the discussion in detail to the choice of the electrical machinery under water and design with the navel cord cable, provided the result of concrete design with the navel cord cable. In the test system, the test signal of underwater test subject is transmited by the navel cord cable. So for easy to control to the cable at mother ship, the system provides an accusing cable system among the theses. The accusing cable system includes: Put cable device, twine cable device, a buffer device for controlling mother ship to prevent waving, and a pulley for channelling the cable into water, etc. Due to the design, accusing cable system has improved the controlling and the using for navel cord cable. The abominable working environment of ocean, makes the underwater test subject must consider the measure of prevention of corrosion in design and manufacture. This thesis provides several kinds of methods for prevention of corrosion in this system, including adoptting the corrosion-resistant alloy material, be protected on the surface and corroded medium isolating, electric chemoproection and lightenning corrosion design structural。Through adopting the measure of prevention of corrosion, it has prevented systematic corrosion to the greatest extent, and ensured the greatest working performance.
