| The paper discusses the research significance and internal and external development of timing system. A new type of timing system adapted to the project is presented. This system meets the test and control system, communication and transmission system, central computer system in the experiments. This system expands the application range and possesses higher reliability and synchronous precision.Author designs timing system function, and designs the software and the hardware to the electromagnetic compatibility simultaneously. Author analyses the inf]uence which engineering rejigger has upon the electromagnetic compatibility using the theory method. To the question of electromagnetic compatibility, the problem of the signal integrality of high speed digital system and the electromagnetic compatibility of PCB is presented. Making use of Chapman mathematics model to analyze the fluctuating accumulation, the paper presents the methods to reduce the fluctuating of circuitry system and the excursion. The methods adapt the system to handle higher tuning speed of the pointer and can also supply the smooth transition from natural synchronization to bad work mode.
