The Cangzhou city's urban land subsidence is a geological problem with the developed economy. Industrial development, population explosion are the primary reason of augment of groundwater, and the augment of groundwater is the reason of urban land subsidence. As an industrial city, the possibility of sustainable development of the city is a basic of city's geological environment problem, so the development situation of Cangzhou city will be an important factor that affecting and restricting the economy in this city. The paper cites some forward observation data from correlative units in Cangzhou city, and tries hard to using correlative theories to analysis Cangzhou city's urban land subsidence. It will help us to perfect and enhance the theories in existence, and in favor of controlling of land subsidence hazards in our country. Research finding includes in this paper: 1. The real settlement of Cangzhou is 1964mm 1980 2001, but the settlement in Chapter 3rd of this paper is 4968mm, some factors are the reason of leading to the error, such as theory condition, reconnaissance condition. Formula 3-2 can be used to calculate the settlement of city need, it also can be concluded a correctional modulus from large numbers of calculations and comparisons. The result multiplies with the correctional modulus is close to the real value. 2. The paper suggests that the formula S=mvrw ∫Z1Z2 sd: should be S=mvrw s2, "s"is the settlement value induced by augment of groundwater. After calculation we find that the result approaches the real value than before by using this formula. 3. The calculative programming of the relation of between subsidence and time is exact in the abstract. It can be proved through the calculation by hand and the calculative programming. 4. The real settlement in Cangzhou subsidence filler center is 859mm 1980 1990, the result by this calculative programming is 892mm. It is correspondingly exact. So it can be concluded that the result is not exact during a short time, but exact during a long time. 5. It validated the veracity between the academic time and real time of a certain settlement through the calculative programming.
