The technology of the computer simulation started in the 50's, which was applied at first in the military domain. By the development and the popularization of the PC (Personal Computer), that technology is applied widely, almost in every domain. In university's physical teaching and the research, the Nowadays, the quantitative digital visible simulation has become an important element in the university's physical teaching and the academic research, especially in the teaching. It has been a new technique for academic research, a new way for describing physical laws and concepts. At the same time, it is very beneficial for bringing up the students' capabilities. This paper has given a brief description for application and development of the quantitative digital visible simulation. Considering characteristics of physics, this paper has studied the method and the principle for using the quantitative digital visible simulation. For the realization of the quantitative digital visible simulation, I has proposed the concise method and suggestions according to my own experience. This paper has supplied two samples: Two-dimension and three-dimension simple harmonic motion and electromagnetic wave in the rectangular waveguide , which are supplied as summarization of my study in the graduate student stage and hoping can give a little inspiration to the readers studying like these .The paper can be divided in three main parts. The first part is exuding discussion the quantitative digital visible simulation. The second part is discussion about quantitative digital visible simulation in the physics and teaching. The last part discussed the samples supplied in the paper.
