| According to the foundation of the Urban Spatial Basic Geo-information Database of Harbin, which is one of the national key sample projects, this paper analyzes the makeup of the basic objects of the database. It also sums up the technical way to produce the spatial basic geo-information data. Aiming at original Photograph data, control data, orthoimages, digital elevation models and basic vector data, the paper does research on the method of the database foundation.In the meantime, this paper analyzes the key problems in the database foundation and the existing problem. In the end, it discusses the development of the Urban Spatial Basic Geo-information Database in the future.
