The design of system interface uses the common menu and toolbar to drive the assignment and takes the isomerous flat and intelligent function kernel as an unit into the customized interface so that it could make the special knowledge and concept of GIS fuzzy to convenient the users.The paper presents the concept and development of the GIS, and the way designed the system from hereafter aspects: the designed toll of the system, the system's aims, the principles of the system and the database designed etc. final the paper presents the function of the system.The design of the oil field tube network system which offers the remarkable advantages over the conventional management mode in assistant leading decision and improvement of management efficiency.
