Studies On Immunohistochemistry Of Collagen In The Amphibian Corneal Induction Assisted By Computer

The distribution and change of Collagen typesâ… ,â…¢andâ…£in cornea were investigated with immunohistochemical and immunocytochemical techniques during corneal development and induction in Bufo raddei larvae.The three types collagens were analyzed by the Cmias image analyzing system. At the same time, the change of collagen typeâ… during corneal induction was observed by transmission electron microscopy. Collagen typeâ…£expressed strong in Bowman's membrane in forelimb stage besides in Descemet's membrane, corneal stroma and basal membrane beneath the epithelium and didn't express as high as typeâ… in cornea stroma at complete metamorphosis period.â‘¡In corneal transplantation group, collagen typeâ… expressed higher at 30d and collagen typeâ…¢at 22d after transplantation, they arranged in order beneath the epithelium, the skin grafts began transparent. The expression of collagen typesâ… andâ…¢reached the highest volume at 40d after transplantation. The cornea became approximately transparent at this time. collagen typeâ…£expressed at it's stablize level except a little higher at 46d after transplantation.The study with immunocytochemical technique on collagen typeâ… shown that there were a lot of pigment granules in the epithelium at 16d after transplantation, comparison to the control group, the reaction of immunity was weak. At 40d after transplantation, the pigment granules in skin grafts decreased, the cornea became almost transperant, comparison to the control group, the reaction of immunity was stronger than before.
