Archeology, has a century history in China, moreover Geophysical prospecting technology which is used in archeology has over sixty years long history. With the development of Archeology and the development and perfection of Geophysical detection technology, it has been a great trend to apply geophysical prospecting technology in Archeology.The trait of Geophysical prospecting technology in Archeology is not only without damage but also speediness, comparatively cheapness and great depth sounding. It is the ideal method in prophase detection of Archeology. Now there are many methods such as Electricity, Magnetism, Ground-Penetrating radar, Shallow Seismic technology and Remote sensing with so many examples coming out.The High-precision magnetic survey is an effective Geophysical prospecting technology, which has been used in Archeology from 1958. The field objects of archaeological detection are always the site of ancient kilns,smelting,architectures and other ancient relics. All of these relics get some magnetism by many ways which is the main gist in High-precision magnetic survey in Archeology. Compared with other methods, High-precision magnetic survey is more convenient,speedy and lower cost ,especially it has an obvious effect in big area survey. Additionally with so many kinds of High-precision magnetic apparatus and magnetic grads apparatus coming out, High-precision magnetic survey has been more far-ranging used in Archeology, which provides right-hand tools for detecting tumulus and old relics with low magnetism and deep depth. Owing to its speediness, comparatively cheapness, and great depth sounding and without damage, ever since several decades High-precision magnetic survey has been a common use technique in geophysical archeology, moreover it has been got much recognition more and more by all countries in the world.According to the techniques from geophysical prospecting in Mausoleum of Emperor Qinshihuang, this paper expatiates the validity of High-precision magnetic survey with an example of casting copper site in Shan xi province, using effectivegeophysical prospecting. We have educed the elementary last cognition, approved the existence of the ancient relics, tested and perfected the effect of High-precision magnetic survey in archeology. Depending on the process of actualization and disposition, I analyze the trait of High-precision magnetic survey net, finding the optimize rule of field net, study the geophysical arithmetic carefully, including Kriging,Shepard,Multiquadirc function and Inverse Distance to a power, introduce the principium and compare the similarities and differences in modal data and factual magnetic data we can educe a series of significant and applied conclusion. Basing on the study of this arithmetic, we develop a applied and convenient system for magnetic survey data processing in Archaeology using MATLAB, test its validity using model data ,contrast the effect with SURFER8,and introduce its course of realization and test its practicability and validity in the archeological data on the spot of Zhou gong miao in Shan xi. This problem has an important significance in the studying of the applied effect of Geophysical prospecting technology in Archaeology.
