Nowadays informationalization is a great tendency of world economy and social development. The key symbol of education informationalization is the application in teaching field of IT (Information Technology) which with multi-media technology and network technology as its center. Under the new educational ideas, integrating IT into Curriculum has been a hotpot in present education research. Electrodynamics is an important basic course for students of Physics, Communication Engineering and Electronic Engineering specialty (The course for students of Communication Engineering and Electronic Engineering calls as "Electromagnetic Field and Wave" ), studying the integrating of IT and Electrodynamics has practical significance for optimizing the teaching procedure over-all, for deepening education reform, for promoting students' expertise learning efficiency and the capacity to acquire and apply information, and for developing students' cooperative awareness and creativity.Based on the Constructivism, this paper has discussed how to integrate IT into the Electrodynamics Curriculum by using several research methods such as interview, literature analysis, practice and so on.The article is consisted of four parts. From the perspective of education informationalization and higher education creativity, the first part introduces the background of Integrating IT into Curriculum. The second part introduces its intension, principles and levers. The third part elaborates the theoretical basis of Integrating IT into Curriculum. Proceeds from the characteristic of the Electrodynamics Curriculum, and in the light of the specific teaching in our university, the last part puts forward and discusses in detail three integrating models, they are "Situation-Exploration mode based on CAI Courseware" and "Cooperative Learning mode based on topic-based learning website" and "Autonomous Learning mode based on course website", explores and practices the Situation-Exploration mode, designs and establishes the topic-based learning website and the course-assisted website.
