The XuJiaWeiZi reservoir is maldevelopment, small scale of sand body and distribution scattered, it is a complex reservoir which affected by micro-amplitude structure,fault, lithologic character and other factors. The oil and water distribution is complex and the most profitability oil contained area distribute at the fault zone which is inherited development.It has been drilled 19 wells firstly in 1995, among them, and the geology abandoned well was 5,the number of low effect well with the thickness less than 2 meters was 9.The successful ratio of well drilling was only 73.7%, the ratio of low effect well was 64.3%.In this paper we applied the seismic geologic analysis method and explain the effective thickness, porosity and oil saturation with oil/water bed which combined with the explanation results such as the structure and fault development, lithology prediction, reservoir profile map, phase belt map, logging, testing, MDT and so on to evaluated the favorable oil–bearing areas .We using the static and dynamic analysis with exploration well, appraisal, core hole, testing and producing test to do the dynamic evaluation.According to the divided criterion XuJiaWeiZi syncline developed 19 class I favorable oil zones, 10 classⅡfavorable oil zones and 10 classⅢfavorable oil zones.Otherwise, we found that Fang23 and the other 7 blocks had favorable exploitation foreground within the scale of study. Based on this,combined seismic with geology to find petroliferous concentrated area. We further optimized the well location design, the successfull rate of optimizing drilling was 100%,drilling successfull rate of the whole area raised 22.2%, the ratio of low effect well decreased 28.8%.Through subdivided and adjusted the blocks of low oil producing intensity or low water drive control degree, the injection flow rate of un-intake water layers or low water injection layers increased from 85m~3/d to 170m~3/d, and the injection flow rate of water-bearing stratum decreased from 95 m~3/d to 55 m~3/d.
