At present, owing to the cost requirements of industrial detection, many factories still used the destructive examination method, and there are some to use X-ray photography, but this method has the lower effeciency, and the cost of film is more expensive, the real-time imaging about X-ray detection technology starts more extensive application.The purpose of this paper is to study the real-time imaging technology about industrial X-ray detection, analysis the performance and it's impact of imagmg quality from X-ray source to image intensifier and CCD, and develop a high-performance, low cost real-time digital imaging system for cable sizes.According to the characteristics of real-time imaging, picture processing has been studied, we effectively reduced the noise impact on the image quality by multi-frame stacking technology, to enhanced image effectively.
