In the optics measurement, laser triangulation measurement is one of common methods of noncontact measurement. In the measuring circuit, with charge coupled device (CCD) of high sensitivity as the sensor, on the basis of the theory of laser triangulation measurement, the data collection and process circuit applied on linear CCD is researched and manufactured, and the problem of auto-gain regulation of driver signals of two separate CCD is resolved. The data collection and process circuit based on MCU is researched and manufactured.In the circuit, the frequency of the driver signals of two separate CCD can be regulated respectively; and the output signals of two separate CCD are collected, A/D converted and memorized without interference of each other; finally, when the data of a shift of each CCD are memorized completely, MCU read the data and process.A kind of driver circuit of CCD for the auto-gain regulation is researched and manufactured on field programmable gate array (FPGA). According to the peak value of CCD output signal, the circuit may regulate the shift frequency of the driver signal of CCD automatically. Thus, the exposure time of CCD is adjusted, and the peak value of CCD output signal is maintained within the required level.Based on the two foregoing technology, on field programmable gate array (FPGA), two driver circuit of CCD for the auto-gain regulation and the circuit of the data collection and process are integrated on one FPGA device. The speed of processing data of the circuit is faster and the area of the circuit board is decreased.
