In this paper, the similarities of two dimensions turbulence main motion and its fluctuating motion are put forward and investigated, and the similarity theorems of reciprocity characteristic scales are proved: In the score of turbulence, there exist similar reciprocity characteristic scale for the convective transportation, diffusing transportation and turbulence stress transportation of two dimensions strong viscous turbulence main motion and the convective transportation, diffusing transportation and turbulence fluctuating transportation of its fluctuating motion. The characteristic scales are similar for time, space, velocity and turbulence stress of two dimensions main motion and time, space, velocity and turbulence fluctuating transportation of its turbulence fluctuating motion, and playing numerical test on it.
