| The advances in modern technology brought many conveniences to the humanity ,its also to cause the consideration of modern technology: Does the technology have the independency?The theory of autonomous technology thinks that,the technology is according to its own intrinsic way to developing independently, its out of the humanity and society's intervention and control ;otherwise,its has the influence and shaping of the human and the society.This article is on the foundation of the domestic and foreign scholar existing research results, inquired into the constitution of the theory of autonomous technology, essence and its connotation;the relations of each factor of the theory of autonomous technology,and critique the technological view of the theory of autonomous technology.This article is composes from the following several aspects:1 .The theory of autonomous technology is a complete structure,its system ,source and vein are developing from a certain historical path.
