With the improvement and extensive application of the Geometry Information System(GIS), the traditional static GIS has not been able to meet the demand. More and more users require GIS to preserve and process Spatio-temporal data urgently, particularly in environmental protection, utilization of resources, urban planning, land use, as well as to cadastre management. Spatio-temporal Data Model is most important component of Temporal GIS and according to the understanding of oneself, it that is apply for the purpose, is simulate to objective world by digit. In the paper, analyzed and studied spatial-temporal data model that have been suggested, the main aspects of the study are describe as follows:1. The Spatio-temporal semantics that include spatial semantics, temporal semantics, static semantics, dynamic semantics and semantics of spatial-temporal topology, have been summarized and studied in detail.2. Discrete time and space have been used to simulate the geographic object temporal attributes and spatial attributes.3. Using the object-oriented think, a spatial-temporal data model based on history has been suggested. It consists of the static model, the dynamic model and the relational model. The dynamic model representing dynamic semantics is simulate to mutative geographic object over time and is preserve the history of the object. The static model representing static semantics is simulate to the state of the geographic object at the sometime. The relational model representing temporal attribute relational semantics of the geographic world is simulate the relationship between the geographic objects.4. Using the spatial-temporal data model suggested in this paper, the develop tool of VC #. NET and DB4O that is an Object Oriented Database, an experimental System of Cadastral Management have been developed by me alone. The system is simple, and has the Spatiotemporal analysis function, such as querying history, snapshot of geometry object, events review and so on.
