The Study Of Manufacturing Enterprises Informatization Reconstructing Strategy Model Based On Quantization Measurement

The informatization of the manufacturing industry plays a vital role in reconstructing the traditional industry with the information technology and realizing industrialization driven by informatization. As a strategic measure, the implementation of the information-based project of the manufacturing industry is adapted to the economic globalization and global informatization, and can improve the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry of our country. Nowadays, the informatization of manufacturing industry in our country is developing lopsidedly, the level of informatization construction is ragged, and different enterprises have different management foundation and informatization goals. Furthermore, enterprises are lack of informatization reconstructing strategies based on their status quo. But the study of informatization reconstructing strategies is only at starting stage, and the study about strategy model is very scarce. In the dissertation, through study on the level of enterprises informatization, the level of management foundation and goals of informatization, the model of manufacturing industry informatization reconstructing strategies is set up, thereby to perfect informatization strategy theory, and to instruct manufacturing industry informatization reconstructing project in our country.The dissertation focused on the following aspects:1. The dissertation bring forward that the strategy of informatization reconstruction lie on the level of enterprise informatization, the level of management foundation and the goal of informatization, and then design the index system which can be quantization measured to evaluate the level of informatization and management.2. Intelligent BP neural network is adopted to evaluate the level of enterprises informatization and management.3. The model of manufacturing industry informatization strategy is set up, which divided manufacturing enterprises into 27 types.4. According to the enterprises types classified by the model, this dissertation brings forward corresponding informatization reconstruction strategies.
