| The informationization of meteorological service is one of the important components of meteorological modernization construction,is an important way to promote the development of meteorological public service system to “intensive”and “high speed ”,and is an important focus to solve the current practical problems of meteorological public service.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of major decisions on network security and information work,formed an important thought on information power,and promoted the development of information construction in various industries in China.The topic of meteorological service information has gradually become the focus of attention of meteorological departments,and has developed a series of important research on meteorological service information.Based on the research idea of "theory base point-system analysis-investigation analysisproblem countermeasure ",this paper attempts to refine several expositions on informationization of public service by means of literature analysis,investigation and interview,and contrast analysis.Based on the theory of public governance and public service parity,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of meteorological public service informatization construction in Xianning city and the satisfaction rate of information service products,analyzes the main problems and challenges of regional meteorological informatization,and puts forward countermeasures.From the practical level,it emphasizes the perfection of the top-level design,the introduction of multi-power and the integration of multi-resource,puts forward the mechanism of perfecting the information sharing,promotes the interactive sharing of various departments with the government,and solves a series of problems such as the low satisfaction rate in the informationization of meteorological public services. |
