With the exploration and development of Daqing oil field have been at the middle and later exploited period, one useful method for steady productivity is enhancing exploration and development for peripheral little oilfields to effectively control decline of production for old liberated area and increase new mobile reserve. Recently, the development program for Tai Block 1 is not to evaluate Putaohua oil layers, so it has essential meaning to reevaluate Putaohua oil layers scientifically and carefully. This paper confirms the microfacies, divides the microfacies sorts and establishes the microfacies patterns by the forward and inverse transformation for geologic facies-electrofacies-seismic facies. It also confirms reservoir heterogeneity features and analyse the effects of reservoir characteristic to petroliferous properties by analysis for the growing situation of physical properties such as sandstone pore, pore structure and cracks in area. On this base, reservoir geological model was been established by the method of seismic inversion and the reservoir sandstone distrbution was been anticipated. United the paleostructural restoration of Putaohua oil layers top surface using back-stripping technology, Putaohua oil layers trap assessment has been proceeded systematically, beneficial traps have been pointed out and focal reservoirs have been described detailedly. This paper's research result will support faithful geology references for oil resources development of Putaohua oil layers in Toutai area. Then appropriate exploitation plan can be drawed up,it can be a well complement for the reserve volume in old oil fields with increasingly difficult, and it can provide theoretical base for enhanced recovery and produce arresting economic benefit.
