Study And Implementation On The Three-dimensional Geo-information System Of Chongqing New North Zone

With the rapid development of Internet,Computer,3S (RS/GIS/ GPS ),Simulation and Spaceflight in the 21 Century, the GIS produce a big change. People demand to solve question from true three-dimensional more and more. 3D GIS now is becoming the tendency of the development of the GIS. Now the application range with 3D GIS is incessant Spreading.Based on the analysis of the current application situations of 3D GIS at home and abroad, and the systematic introduction of rudimentary knowledge of GIS and it is secondary development, ComGIS trend. It is carried on overall design, from the requirement analyses to the system goal and it is building principle, especially carried on the detailed design to the database of the system, and the deep discussion in the disposal, memory structure of data and the composing of database. On the basis of the above analysis, the author put forward to a 3D GIS exploiture mode with the layout application.(1) Solve the layout Construction and it's affiliated facility founded on spatial geography, based on the figure display, strong spatial query and spatial analyses of 3D GIS.(2) Adopt the integrative management style of spatial data and attribute data to carry on memory and search of the data very conveniently and high-efficiently. All data are stored in the relation shape database management system-Oracle 9.0,which guarantee the integrity of the data and improve the security of system and efficiency of management by operating the database through ArcSDE spatial data engine, not only.(3) Regard Visual Studio 2005 as the visual developing platform, the ComGIS -ArcObjects and TerraDeveloper with comparatively complete function as the another developing tool, and by using the module of the 3D module enhance his function of display, not only suitable for the habit that most users use Windows but also meet figure information of users' needs, can also reveal the highway information of different grades separately.The whole development policy of the system gives full play to and uses existing function, the method and secondary development means on the basis of the outstanding common GIS platform, paying special attention to combining the actual layout construction needs to design and develop, emphasizes system practicability and advance.Finally, through the exploiture and actual operation of the 3D geography information system, the article analyzes and verifies feasibility and practicability of this exploiture mode, and has realized the 3D information manage with the city construction.
