Study On The Model And Some Related Technical Problems Of Chinese Pallet Pool System

As one of the important logistics apparatuses to integrate the supply chain and improve the logistics efficiency, pallets play an active role in every aspect of the logistics activities. In the pallet pool system, pallets can keep cycling among the manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and pallet users in the delivery of goods, so as to avoid pallet switching in the transaction links effectively and realize logistics operation mechanization. Thus it reduces the artificial operating loss of goods, shortens the delivery time and increases supply capacity. Therefore, it is an inevitable trend to establish the pallet pool system in China's logistics industry, but the actual research on this is very slight.In order to resolve the embarrassment of China pallet application, the paper aims to establish China pallet pool matching with China's national conditions through the study on the model and some related technical problems of Chinese pallet pool system, hoping that it will give guidance for the follow-up study of the theory and practice-building activities.First of all, the paper builds the model of Chinese pallet pool system, putting forward that Chinese pallet pool should adopt the lend and lease model; and according to the similarity between pallet pool system and Chinese banks, this paper sets up Chinese pallet firm model. Then many methods such as the statistics software of SPSS and AHP are introduced into the layout of the site services of the head office, branches and agents; it points out that Chinese pallet firm should set its head office in the city of Wuhan, its six branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Xi'an. It also makes a research about the layout of pallet firm networks in Yangtze River Delta and sets Suzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Ningbo as its second branches, and establishes an easy agent analysis Excel model. And then it forecasts the logistics amount demand of the networks by establishing the portfolio optimization based on the model of GM(1,1) and SPSS regression analysis to estimate the network back-up capacity tray; the paper goes on to make a brief study of another key issue of the pallet joint venture information management system followed by a empirical case; at last, it preliminarily studies the operation management model of China pallet pool system and make a guess about the strategy for building Chinese pallet joint venture company.The topics come from the project of study of co-shared mechanism of pallet and the operational model of Zhejiang pallet pool system.
