Research On Logistics Network Overall Planning And Its Implementation Issues For Lanshan Of Rizhao City

Logistics Park is a key element of modern regional logistics system. Its planning andconstruction are not only the important breakthrough to the development of modernlogistics， but also one of the important tasks of the construction of regional economy.Along with deeper understanding to the connotation，function and classification of logisticspark in China， the construction has been become rational and scientific. The logisticsnetwork planning of Lanshan district of Rizhao is studied in this paper，which is of practicalsignificance to the development of logistics and economic， and provides research supportfor the construction of modern logistics system in Lanshan， Rizhao.Having studied the development of social economy and transportation industry，combining the development trend of local economy， the regression analysis and indexsmoothing method is applied to forecast the freight volume， the cargo throughput of thePort and the agricultural logistics turnout of Lanshan based on system engineering in thispaper. Then， Taking into account the general position of developing logistics in Lanshan，the overall structure of modern logistics network and the suggestions of integrating thelogistics network resource are put forward， that is the logistics park and regionalhinterland are to be a whole to the rural logistics which is as a part of logistics network，then the planning for node facilities of the port-nearby logistics in Lanshan and regionalhinterland for rural logistics is put forward respectively. Meanwhile， applying moderninformation technology， the planning and construction of traffic logistics informationplatform in Lanshan and implementation suggestions are provided on policy measures，security personnel， matching funds and practical application to complete the planning. Inthe end of this article， the overall implementation of logistics system planning is come upwith three aspects of implementing principle， stage arrangement and financing methods.
