Study On The Planning Of Xi'an International Logistics Park

With the rapid development of modern logistics industry,all parts of the country have started the planning and the construction of Logistics Park from north to south and east to west.Reasonable planning of Logistics Park will help to ease the pressure of urban transport,integrate the existing resources,get scale benefit and promote the region's overall development of the logistics,industry.Xi'an as the center of the northwest cities,have the conditions and the opportunities in construction of the logistics park.This thesis focuses on the planning study of Xi'an international logistics park.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the relevant theories of the logistics park,clears the planning principle of the logistics park and emphasize the importance of the logistics park's reasonable planning,then analyzes the status and the trends of Xi'an logistics industry development,collects relevant information and research the construction environment and the background of Xi'an international logistics park,does orientation research from the three aspects which are strategic objectives,the market and the function.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the principles of the logistics park's site selection and uses such principles to guide the Xi'an international logistics park's site selection. First analyzes the urban traffic environment and the available resources to get several feasible locations,then analyzes the influencing factors of site selection,determines the Evaluation Index System and uses the evaluation model to determine the optimal selection site.Finally,the thesis focuses on Xi'an international logistics park's layout,divides the function area of Xi'an International Logistics Park and makes the general layout.About the function-area layout,the study focuses on the internal operations planning and with the Xi'an bonded logistics Center(B type) as an example,determine its layout scheme.Through the above-mentioned aspects of the research,the thesis will be used to provide the problem-solving research ideas about the logistics park planning and will have some reference value to Xi'an international logistics park.
