The Study Of The Diversity Of The Freshwater Fungi In Zhalong Wetlands

This thesis surrounds the center of the water and aquatic plants in Zhalong National Nature Reserve,by the means of mycology and molecular biology research to study the diversity of freshwater fungi which grow in the freshwater and freshwater plants.The results show this:The diversity of the freshwater fungi in Zhalong Nature Reserve is abundant.By experiment,I have isolated and identified 24 species,belonging to 4 Division,10 Class,18 Order,18 Family,20 genus.Among them,only genus 1 species belongs to Zygomycota,10 genus 13 species belong to Ascomycota.Two genus 2 species belong to Basidiomycota,5 genus 8 species belong to Fungi lmperfectiThe types of the fungi which grow in the plants and in the water that the plants grow in are different,and the fungi in different plants and different parts of the plants are different too; The diversity of the fungi which habitat above the water surface is more abundant than that under the water,and the fungi grow in the water surface part of plants are the least abundant. The endophytec fimgi from the reed are 17 species in the upper,8 species in the surface of the water,12 species under the water.Five kinds are found in reed of the upper,middle and lower part respectively.The fungi habitat in Typha angustifolia are all ectogenous fungi,and all of them there are five kinds in the upper,six in the middle,five in the bottom.Five kinds of fungi in Typha angustifolia are the same as those in reed.The fungi isolated from Typha angustifolia can be found in reed.There are 11 fungi from the water,and these fungi all can be found in the plants which grow in the water.The diversity of the fungi which habitat in the freshwater plants changes with the seasons:the diversity in spring is the most abundant,in autumn the least and in summer between them.The seasonal changes have little effects on the fungi in the water.
