Daqing oil field has stepped into the high water-cut period, under the conditions of high general water-cut, high recovery percent, high available residual reserve and high production rate, the difficulty of stable production increased obviously. To fulfill the goal of the"Eleventh Five-Year Plan"and to increase the available reserve of Sanan development area to 5000×104t, it is necessary to explore new methods in further increasing the recovery ratio in high water-cut anaphase. In the 400-meter area of Sadong transitional zone, a regulation test site of second infill wells was conducted in 2001, the results show that there are potentials for second infillers in this area. From the present producing conditions, it can be seen that there are some problems in this area: 1st, in ultra-high water-cut period, the capability of future developing is very difficult; 2nd, the swept volume of water flooding is low, the sweepout conditions of oil sheets and untabulated reservoirs in producing are bad; 3rd, the viscosity of crude oil in this transitional zone is high, the production of the oil sheets and untabulated reservoirs are difficult; 4th, the closed wells are excessive, the ratio of opened wells is low, the overall feed flow in this area is limited, so there are more wells closed because of low output and high water content; 5th, the penetrated thickness is small in this area, the thickness of residual oil is thin and the distribution is uneven, it is difficult in seeking the potentials. In order to improve the producing conditions in this area, regulations of infill wells, injection-production system and the general utilization of old wells are considered to develop the potentials of the area, to increase the ratio of opened wells and production rate, and to further increase the recovery ratio.Through the studies in the sweepout and residual oil distribution of this area in high water-cut anaphase, the determination of infill regulations and adjustable thickness limit, the methods in connecting the second infill wells with the first infill wells, and the studies in increasing the productivities of new deployed wells, setting the indexes of the productivity, water-cut in the early period of production, the possibility of deploying horizontal wells, and how to consummate the injection- production relations of the single sand-body in four transition region, the pattern configuration of infill regulation, the adjustment of thickness and the general management of this area are confirmed: To determine the infill regulation objects, the adjustable thickness and the potentials of infill regulation based on the fine geologic research which provides the residual oil distribution; To predict the primary development indexes of infill wells with different pattern configurations, then optimize the development plans; To predict and optimize the primary development indexes of general management and infill regulation in this area; To generally evaluate the infill regulation and integrated management, study the possibility of deploying horizontal wells then offer the plans in this area.
