Eastern transitional zone of XingBei area is in the use of low level and the reservoir don’t have a clear understanding relying on the sand prediction accuracy of well data which can not meet the current needs. Combination of well data with high lateral resolution seismic data can improve the interpretation accuracy of transitional sand bodies.Seismic reservoir interpretation research on the north eastern part of the transition zone of Xingbei on Sa II layer is studied mainly useing well-to-seismic integration methods as means to make full use of drilling, seismic and logging data. Synthetic seismograms is the bridge between well and seismic. Top and bottom of the SaII layer are subtly interpreted and maped.Research of seismic inversion and seismic attributes are also done.On these basis, the formation interface characteristics, sedimentary microfacies, reservoir development conditions and water borders are systematically studied.Methods of reservoir prediction including a variety of seismic attribute analysis and optimization, seismic inversion are carried out to work for the characteristics of vast and uneven distribution development wells, limited resolution of seismic data of the deposition unit in study area, high precision requirement, well-seismic contradiction, difficult in layer characterization of thin reservoir sand body, etc. Comprehensive analysis of sedimentary environment, micro-phase type could predict sand body changes between wells while using seismic reservoir prediction means.Sand distribution characteristics are summarized and Planar sedimentary facies are completed.By using several seismic interpretation technology combined with the data of dense pattern wells, useful information of the old seismic data is fully exploited.The cross-hole sand, channel sand development trend and channel sand body border are accurately described. Well-seismic channel prediction method are summarized. Sedimentary facies of other horizons using this method are also carried out providing a basis for poor thin reservoir recovery efficiency improving.This research has important theoretical value and great significance for microfacies rethinking of non-main reservoir sedimentary unit in Xingbei development zone,it also has broad application prospects.
