Design And Implementation Of Cadastral Archive Management Information System

Cadastral archive management is an important part of land resources management, in China. In a market economic conditions, improving efficiency, quality and level of cadastral archive management, can make land to be scientific and effective management and promote social and economic sustainable development. Using the latest GIS and computer technology, we can develop cadastral archive information system with importation, storage, processing, output and other functions, which can achieve scientific and dynamic management for urban cadastral archive, and cause cadastral archive to be modernization, standardization, information and comprehensive, and then provide a full range of information services for socio-economic development.In this paper, as to Zhangjiajie City, Land and Resources Bureau cadastral archive management, we summed up urban land management has a number of major issues: (1) using traditional manual cadastral archive management, cadastral archive existing in "paper" form, handing important map on paper; (2) the number of cadastral archive is so much as to can not achieve effective storage; (3) building database is backward, which can not adapt to real-time dynamic updating of data; (4) computer equipment and network technology is relatively backward, information services and resources sharing can't follow with development of information technology.As to situation of Zhangjiajie city cadastral archive management and current problems, this paper taking into account the actual needs of city's Land Resources Bureau archives, using computer network technology, spatial database technology, MAPGIS component technology to develop Management Information System of Cadastral Archive for Zhangjiajie City Land Resources Bureau. The system includes systematic management, production head file, archive scan storage, archive format conversion, archive query management, archive loan return, archive write-off and statistics module.At present, system has achieved high-performance scanning inbound and effective integration of graphic information in the cadastral survey, it meet daily work of archive management and provide cadastral building basic data, information consulting and technical services for socio-economic development.
