It is more than half of wholly proved reserves is occupied by carbonate reservoirs on the worldwide scale, at the same time it is playing an important role in the oil & gas production of the world. In our country, carbonate reservoirs has distributed widely and owns rather geological reserves. Carbonate reservoirs have strong heterogeneity. Structural fractures and pores make their reservoir space various, complex and difficult to develop. So exactly describing and prediction the structural fracture is the key to exploit carbonate reservoirs in effect.In this paper, through the use of core,logging,dynamic,seismic and other information to identify and predict fracture to carry out research, and knowledge of the results obtained are as follows:1. There are fractures in the type of structural fracture and non-structural fractures in the study area, structural fracture is main structure, and have three period: The milky white calcite filling fractures in the structure, formed in the Late Caledonian-Hercynian period early, translucent and transparent structure of calcite filling fractures was formed in the late Hercynian; not the structure of solid minerals filling fractures formed in the Himalayan period.2. Carbonate rocks above the fracture response characteristics of conventional logging as follows: well diameter expanding significantly, a significant reduction in the density log, neutron, acoustic logging significantly increased, deep and shallow resistivity reduced and a positive difference, high natural gamma by mud and sand filling.3. The wells of fracture development are mainly tz45,tz86,tz88,zg17 and zg16; Structural fracture strike in the study area is mainly the NW300°and NW340°, the NE10° secondarily.4. The area near fractures is weak amplitude and weak coherence, that its distribution is closely related to faults, along the sides and junctions of faults, as well as the south side of 1 fault zone is the most concentrated fractures area.5. Tectonic stress field is an important factor to control the development of structural fractures and impact fractured reservoir. Simulation on Tectonic stress field can not only predict fracture zone, but also pointed out that the favorable oil and gas accumulation zone, in order to provide new ideas and methods for further exploration and development.
