| With the rapid develpoment of higher edueation, the social is paying more attention on the consturction of colleges and univesrities, lnadsepae. Among the campus landscape, plnats landsepae is a very important part of it. Plants is the protagonist of green space, and important part in the university environment. Currently, the research about universities in Chongqing is only in campus planning and design, areas of plant landscape research have not been seen. The thesis does the field reseach on the representative colleges and univesrities, campus plants landscape in Chongqing,and evaluate comprehensively to the effection of plant landscape in typical areas of each university., then analyze comparatively of the plants landcape and the richness of plants in different universities, and sum up the characteristics of plants landscape and configuration mode in university. The major findings show that:(1) Species composition of plants. There are 70 families and 239 species of plants in Chongqing university, which account for 14.4% of the total number of garden plants in Chongqing, the most applications for species are Rosaceae,Poaceae,Magnoliaceae and Liliaceae; the quantities of dominant families are Moraceae,Lauraceae and Liliaceae. According to life form there are 109 species of arbor,78 species of shrub,34 species of Herbal,11 species of bamboo and 7 species of fujimoto.(2) The proportion of collocation of plant species. The ratio of arbor:shrubs: grass with species is 2-5:1-3:1, the ratio of quantity is 1:3-6:15-40, the ratio of quantity of trees and shrubs is 1:5-6, the ratio of species evergreen and deciduous trees is 1-1.5:1, the ratio of quantity is 2-4:1, the ratio of flowering plants and colored foliage plant is 3-4:1, the ratio of quantity is 1.5:1.(3) Comparison of the effects of plants landscape. Contrast between different functional areas. The best effect of plants landscape is tesching area, then public activity area and students, living area; contrast the plants landscape between different universities and found that plants landscape of Southwest university is better than that of Chongqing university, and differences between southern and northern is not clear in Southwest university, A, B zone of campus plants landscape are better than the C zone in Chongqing university; as a whole, Huxi zone of Chongqing university performed better, high richness of plants, ornamental strong, particularly in areas of student life zone is better than the old campus. (4) Characteristics of landscape garden plants and plant. Plant species are rich, characteristics is outstandded mainly by flowering plants,and View of the main flowering period are in spring and autumn, a little flowering plants in winter; colored leaf plants and conifer species are little,and evergreen are more than deciduous trees; The configuration of plants landscape are mostly Joe-irrigation-grass type, only in the form of planting lawn is scarce, canopy type is more than appearance sparse, and the sense of space is strong,but vertical green is not obvious and vine is rarely applied. (5) The main problems of plants landscape. Richness and diversity of plants are not enough, application of plant species is similar, Cultural Meaning is not strong enough and the level of conservation management is low and so on. Therefore, in the process of landscape design in college, the green makers should strive to increase plant species and cultural heritage to create their own school plant landscape features, at the same time improve conservation management to create high-quality plants landscape of universities. |
