Due to the development of human society and expansion of the Production scales, the Global water resources crisis began to surface. During the Process of utilizing and exploitation of the ground water in the world, dreadful environmental Prob1ems Prevail. For example, because of the over exploitation and inappropriate utilization of the ground water, not only has it intensified the demand and supp1y imbalance,it has also set off a series of geological Problems, such as ground-surface settlement and collapse, seawater invasion, ground fissure, mining area geological catastrophic events etc. This paper is supported by the project of"A study of Scientific Allocation of Water Resources for Vegetation Construction in The Sandy Area Between Beijing and Inner Mongolia", base which is located at the HengZhouYu Site of ZhengLanQi Banner ,discussing several problems of applying geostatistic for the study on spatial variability of hydrogeologic parameters, and using the Ordinary Kriging method,Universal Kriging method,Cokriging method and Co-Universal Kriging method to study the spatial variability of hydrogeologic parameters in the study region on the basis of the above result. The main contents of the paper are as follows:1.use the hydrological geophysical prospecting technique exploration arrange resistivity sounding net,use Geostatistics calculated resistivity, and draw resistivity curve.2.Use Kernel function theory inversion resistivity curve ,The aquifer geophysical electrical parameters and aquifer thickness have been calculate , The apparent resistivity contour which indicates the aquifer distribution in horizontal scale and the contour of thickness of aquifer have been plotted also. Select a concept model of aquifer system corresponding to the hydro-geologic regime.3.Spatial variability analyze about permeability parameter, water yield parameter and roof and floor depth parameter.4.Finite simulateon and assessment of aquifer system and available groundwater resource evaluation.
