As one of the elements that constitute life,water plays a crucial role in maintaining the ecological environment and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of the economic society.The water resource that people usually refer to is "the quantity of water that can be used by people for regular use and can be restored year by year",that is,fresh water resources.However,the global freshwater resources that can be used are less than 2%of the total amount of water,and most of them exist on the poles and glaciers.On the one hand,population growth promotes the development of industry and agriculture,production and life,and irrigation water demand rises sharply;on the other hand,it causes waste of water resources and pollution of water resources,and ultimately leads to a shortage of freshwater resources worldwide.Groundwater resources,as an important part of water resources,mainly refer to water resources that are present in rock and soil,and have both qualitative and quantitative values.It can be transformed with atmospheric precipitation and surface water resources,and several water bodies are closely related.The water crisis,such as water shortages and uneven distribution of water resources in today's society,has severely constrained the sustainable development of economy and ecology.The use of economic means to reflect the supply and demand of water resources has become an important means to regulate the supply and demand of water resources.Therefore,how to understand the current value of groundwater resources is an imminent problem.And how to formulate reasonable water prices under the premise of sustainable development,restrain the demand for water resources brought by economic growth,maintain the steady development of ecological environment and geological environment,and coordinate the rational allocation of water resources in all regions has always been water resources A major problem of scientific management.In order to understand the relationship between economic development and groundwater resource carrying capacity,the relationship between ecological environment and water demand growth,and geological stability and groundwater exploitation more clearly,this paper analyzes the composition of groundwater resource value,and at the same time establishes the comprehensive value of groundwater resources.The evaluation method,by selecting the Beijing city where domestic over absorption is more serious as an example,analyzes the value of groundwater resources in the area from 2005 to 2014,and verifies the correctness of the assessment method.The main content includes the following aspects:1.Analyze the existing problems in the study of the value of groundwater resources,and systematically summarize the research progress on the value of water resources and the value of groundwater resources at home and abroad,with the aid of labor value theory,utility value theory,ecological value theory,existential value theory,and comprehensive value theory.Other economic theories,fully considering the characteristics and attributes of groundwater resources,comprehensively and systematically expounded that the value of groundwater resources consists of economic support value,ecological maintenance value,and geological stability value.The three values are inseparable from each other and are preconditions for existence.2.Based on the comparative analysis of the water resources value model,combined with the characteristics of groundwater resources,taking into account the ambiguity and complexity of the value of groundwater resources,using fuzzy mathematics methods to add evaluation indicators based on the water resources value fuzzy mathematical model.Corresponding shallow and deep layers were divided to determine the comprehensive evaluation method of groundwater resources value.3.Taking the data of Beijing as an example,the preliminary accounting of the value of groundwater resources in Beijing from 2005 to 2014 was carried out.From the perspective of practice,the proposed composition and quantitative calculation of groundwater resources were demonstrated and applied.
