The foundation of Land Management(LM) is Cadastral Survey (CS).It use measurement technology as method to gauge location of land and its size, boundary, coordinate of boundary point ownership, parcel area, cadastral map and so on accurately from control survey to sectional survey to meet the demands of Land Management sector and national economic construction department.Cadastral survey of urban consist cadastral control survey and cadastral sectional survey.RTK is introduced in the layout and measuring of network which is the basic cadastral control's and encryption's, moreover, the possibility of its precision is analyzed in this thesis. First, compare and estimate the result of RTK Measurement with GPS Static Measurement. Then compare and analyze how the total station test the result of RTK survey control points. Last, deal with coordinate data of RTK measurement by Leica Geo Office, analyze the size of standard deviation of Vertical and horizontal axis coordinate and precision strength of plane coordinate.Total Position Station is regarded as the main method to analyze precision of boundary point which is core to cadastral control survey and a multitude of methods are put forward to increase the accuracy of it. As to the demands of cadastral survey , five leading measures are mainly discussed . First, the content of cadastral control survey is dissertated and new method is put forward in order to make up the boundary point which is difficult to compute, and accuracy of this method is analyzed. Second, existence of error sources which is difficult to compute is discussed and error components or comprehensive components are estimated. Third, by revealing the precision of boundary point in various interferences to show regularity in changes. This has reference value to precision control of boundary point. Fourth, how the precision of parcel area effected by the boundary points are showed. Last, some effective measures to alleviate or erase the error in boundary points'survey are given. Such as prism model of eccentric error reduction, inverted microscope observation method, control of the number of sub--stations, precision optimization of location and selection of measuring instruments. Among them, prism model of eccentric error reduction is mainly studied and realized its computer automation. So we can acquire the satisfactory outcomes if some integrating measures are used .
