Application Of GPS In The Urban Cadastral Survey

The cadastral survey is the daily management. Along with the development of the urbanization and the population, the land price has become higher value.The requirement of the update and the accuracy of the data became more strict. The appearance and the development of the GPS has improved the efficiency of the survey,the style of the cadastral survey has had the fundamental change.Together with corresponding application in and out civil and the development of the GPS,based on the introduction of the Coordinate system and the method, the paper stated the application of GPS in control survey and in detail survey. The mode of operation, the operating program, the data collection and management of the GPS in control survey were elaborated.In the end, using Fengqiu as an example, the paper expounded the principle, the methods and the steps of the baseline, the results were obtained.It was found that in the control survey the highway survey usually adopted the GPS static survey and in the endensed control the GPS Speed Static Positioning Technique had been used widely, moreover the observed time had the tendency of lessen. In the detailed survey the GPS RTK technique had been used in some cases. Due to conceal, it is found that some boundary markers can't be obtained in spot, a new method become necessary. In fact, it is helpful of the forecast of the satellite ephemeris to make the operation scheme, the scientific operation management is an effective method for improving efficiency, correct set of the data processing parameter is the guarantee of qualified results.
