Metallogenic Prognosis And Reconnaissance Analysis In Southern Polymetallic Area Of Peru

The supply of mineral resource, especially non-ferrous metals, provides an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the China. In order to meet the huge demand of the national economy for mineral resources, we adapt to the the needs of the times gradually to develop overseas market of mineral resources exploration. We had a systematic analysis on geological and geophysics in areas of southern Peru based on the demand, with good results. My main content is as follows:1, Collect the regional geology, regional geophysical and geochemical data on the region of Arequipa in southern Peru, and have a study on the tectonic setting and metallogenic regularity and minerallizition conditions of the porphyry type polymetallic ore deposit of the study area.2, Use the romote sensing data processing software such as PCI, ERDAS IMAGINE and ENVI to process the remote sensing data of the study area.By means of interpreting the linear structure and extracting the alteration information of the image, we can have fully understanding of structural characteristics and the scope of mineralization and alteration of the study area. It is not only has important significance to study the conditions of mineralization, distinguish the scope of alteration mineralization and look for favorable mineralization target, but also prepares for the post-geophysical validation.3, Based on in-depth understanding of the physical mechanism of the induced polarization method, the article explores the basic principles and methods of dual-frequency IP, which including time domain and frequency domain equivalence, induced polarization method of observing programs and observation parameters, the frequency characteristics of induced polarization and notes on field work.4, Inference and interpretation of the results, which get by processing the data of the 47 survey lines and 6,818 data points in the entire working area, prove the treatment is better.It verify the induced polarization method is an effective method about geophysical prospecting in the highland areas of southern Peru.
