Technology from the date of birth, the relationship between humans and nature become increasingly frequent, more closely. People through technology with the objective of this initiative of the practice, conscious, purposeful transformation of the natural world, to better meet the needs of human survival and development. But with the continuing human exploration in science, in technology, the continuous development of applications and technological achievements in various fields such negative effects produced by gradually revealed. With the genomics and molecular engineering development, biological molecular techniques, computer technology, nuclear technology has made high-end technology and survival of human understanding of the world had a disruptive change in the worldTransgenic technology is the one of science and technologies which is developing quickly. With the developing of Gene-group School and Element Engineering School, especially"The Human Beings Gene-Group Plan"having been completed, transgenic technology has already developed a new history stage. Transgenic plants and animals, transgenic food stuff, gene diagnosis, gene therapy, gene medicine, and so on. GM technology in the field of continuous exploration, technological achievements of the wide range of applications, not only speed up the code of human life explorations, but also brought great material benefit all these spur the people's nerve, and gene engineering becomes the focus. People expect gene engineering to give them the property, health and happiness.However, science and technology is like a two-edge sword, which has a good aspect and a bad aspect. At the same time producing high-effective production with high risk. In the history of science and technology development process, always accompanied by people understanding the ethics of the technology and assessment. And between technology and ethics is interdependent and mutually reinforcing, the dialectical relationship between the unity of opposites. Discover the true development of science and technology needs to guide the ethical good; ethics and morals with the times and seeking truth from facts, need to promote the progress of science and technology. Therefore, in today's technology, scientific development, it is necessary to reflect the true technology itself, but also reflects the ethical and moral aspects of it good. The reasonable, object, correct manner of realizing, when the people is facing gene engineering, is very important. The science and technology ethical discussion of transgenic technology that can lead gene engineering's direction which benefits for the human beings healthy development, this is the research goal of this paper.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly described on the research background, domestic and international status and significance of such research. In chapter two, the concept of transgenic technology, features, development and application are introduced. Chapter three and four are the main parts of this paper. In chapter three, the science technology ethical issues and ethical position raised by transgenic technology are described in detail. Two ethical standpoints were transferred from the supporters and opponents of gene technology, which are to pave the way for the discussion below. In chapter four, man and nature, the development of new social harmony of nature are introduced, on the ethical considerations of transgenic technology, and systematically described the principles and countermeasures which can help modern science go out of dilemmas under the new ethics.
