The oil reservoir SP in the West zone of S1 is located in the West of 126 fault of the main structure in Saertu Field. Its oil area is 4.3 square kilometers and its geologic reserve is 2699.91 ten thousand ton. The oil reservoir has made the better development result at stage after twice infill adjustment, but with entering the high water cut stage, some unfavourable factors of influencing development result have appeared again, for example:in some deposit unit injection-production correspondency is differential, the producing degree of oil layers is differential and the rate of water cut is fast. Analyzing this reason, the units of more than Sâ…¡9 were not as adjusting target for the later adjustment in oil field when the oil reservoir SP in the West zone of S1 region was secondarily readjusted. At the same time, some high water cut layers were not perforated in order to control the water cut of the new wells in initial stage. So this certainly will cause the injection-production relation of some well groups imperfectly. The rate of correspondency injection-production was only 78.4%, influencing the block development effect, which caused the water cut increasing very fast in the region. Now, the rate of water cut is 1.07%, the natural decline rate is up to 12.15%.This article identifies seven deposit sands though analyzation of the sedimentary characteristics in the West zone of S1 region. In order to depict residual oil finely, the constitute of reserves in all kinds of reservoirs is analyzed in detail according to the deposit sands. The distribution characteristic of the residual oil and potential of measures in the test region has been confirmed through three dimensions Geology modeling and fine reservoir numerical simulation analysis. For the single sand body basic unit, the comprehensive management program centering on perforation has been confirmed, and supplemented by other measures. The injection-production relation between well patterns and strata series has been further improved, the producing degree of thin beds has been enhanced by different well patterns supplied and perfected and made use of each other.Using the streamline model at the same time, we confirm the concrete perforation principle and on-site program. In order to lengthen the validity of measure in the test region, meanwhile we have reasonably adjusted the injection allocation of the water injections with the optimization model of interval injection allocation. The oil wells have been implemented fracturing and large pump replacement program, which further optimizes the injection-production relation. Through comprehensively adjusting in the West zone, we have improved the injection-production corresponding degree, enhanced the injection-production correspondency, reduced the level contradiction further, and greatly improved the whole block development effect.
