CPT as a kind of in situ soil testing technology can provided soil and soil mechanics parameters in the case of undisturbed soil.The advantages of quick and accurate take it be widely used domestic and abroad. The traditional basis of CPT what continuous optimization of CPT transformation and creating new CPT technology is the trend domestic and abroad.This article describes the development and application of non-cable CPT equipment based on data acquisition card. For the current instrument problems, make the Existing pressure data acquisition system to Simplify the data acquisition board which implanted probe what is external probe rod, the digital of the depth signal is direct acquisition from the absolute optical encoder. Which is controlled by the MCU of the whole system acquisition process.It establish the non-cable data acquisition and storage. Field test is start through synchronous starting switch of data acquisition card Test data of MCU external memory chip through the RS232 interface circuit of board transfer to PC of serial port. After the data importing into PC, it converted by the formula used for data processing and the corresponding CPT software and plotting of print.After the transformation of the CPT equipment it hold the field tests and collect the CPT dats of the designated holes. The datas are serial input the computer to organize and use the Huaning software to generate static probe curve. Stratified the results of its on-site formation basicly correspond to use drilling with sampling and laboratory test results. The CPT equipment have good application and promotion prospects because it is convenient and fast which reducing man labor and procedures.
