Nuclear geophysics perambulation is a Comprehensiveness subject developed in 1960's, which involving detection technology, electron technology, and computer, can analyze the relevance information and parameter of nuclide accurately and accelerate. It has applied to the uranium mine perambulation, geological mapping, oil gas perambulation fields as well as seeking various metal and metalloid mineral, carrying out building material and the environment radiation at present. Among them, collecting and processing nuclear geophysics data is one of important subjects of nuclear geophysics perambulation study. It will be having direct impact to accuracy and feasibility measuring result.The paper starts from nuclear data collect, videlicet, nuclear spectrum measurement, trends to the development of home and abroad nuclear geophysics data collecting technology, in allusion to the problems of nuclear data measure machine such as high power consumption, big bulk, having no way to provide geographic coordinates and geophysics parameter in time. It is in progress in the respect of Multi-Channel Analyzer(MCA)and PC-rization, network-rization etc. of the system.Relied on "research of portable nuclear geophysics data collection system based on 3GS technology" (project number, 20040616014) and "Research on System of Auto—alarm to Emergent Landslides in Railway's Counterforts assigned by Science and Technology committee of Sichuan Province", taking 32-bit ARM tiny controller LPC2142 as platform, make use of the GPS(Global Positioning System)technology to design the minitype, low power consumption nuclear data collecting system. The features as follows:(1)Appling GPS technology to portable nuclear geophysics data collection system, it can provide high-accuracy geographic coordinates and geophysics parameter speedily, accurately, carry out real time fix position on measurement points, and provide scientific basis for more information and parameter of nuclear element;(2)The system uses high density of integration, low power consumption device, diminishes the bulk, and reduces power consumption, easy to be carried, handled nimbly;(3)Taking ARM flush mini processor LPC2142 for platform, realizing collection system PC-rization;(4)Taking 12 bit high speed, low power consumption A/D component ADS774, improving MCA conversion rate, reducing the MCA power consumption.This is a innovation to traditional nuclear geophysics data collection system. The studying significance is more far-reaching and the application is wider.
