Xin'an coalfield is located in the tectonics region of western Hennan.The seem with "Soft Roof,Soft Coal and Soft Floor " is key mining seam, mining geological conditions are complex, there were several coal and gas outburst during the mining and tunneling.Now, gas outburst is the main factor to restrict manufacture.In this paper, the Xin'an coalfield, Xin'yi coalfield, Yi'an coalfield are experimental zone,gas geological theory as a guide. researching geology tectonic evolution in Xinan coalfield and observation of tectonic coal is order to know the law of distributed failed coal and geological distribution. Through the downhole measurement, laboratory analysis, historical data aggregation, parameter estimation, and other channels to obtain the parameters of the gas as much as possible the data, use software of the Statistical Package for the Social Science to analysis these date and integration of existing research results may out the occurrence of the geologic factors affecting gas and gas concentration prediction formula:①The prediction formula of the fast Geological unit is Q=0.524+0.014x1+0.151x2+0.837x3(R2=0.701);②The second Geological unit is Q=1.279+0.013x1+0.123x2+0.687x3(R2=0.738)。through statistical analysis of coal and gas outburst, drawn features and prominent coalfields main control factors; by highlighting the analysis of various factors, combined with the actual situation in coal obtained The coalfield coal and gas outburst danger of the gas content in the regional forecast indicators and the different geological units within the threshold:①The Critical value of Gas pressure in the first Geological unit is 0.61MPa,The Critical value of coal seam gas content is 8.00m3/t;②The Critical value of Gas pressure in the second Geological unit is 0.68MPa,The Critical value of coal seam gas content is 8.36m3/t.The results and methods of research are used in Xin'an coalfield, and other mine fields, to forecast coal and gas outburst in complex security mining geological conditions of danger zone, while there is a demonstration effect in the western Henan.
