Study On The Construction Of Eco-city In Jia Mu Si City

Since the 20th century 50's, the global industrialization advancement has sped up, urban population sharp growth, urban environment pollution serious, the city resources is short, seriously has restricted the city development. For the city sustainable development, seeks the ideal urban development pattern, establishes highly effective, healthy, the fair urban environment, this needs a new urban development pattern."Ecology city"proposing had found one kind of ideal pattern for the city development,"the ecology city"the construction has become the modern urban development the direction and the goal.Accordingly, on the background of this, the author consulted many urban Construction theories in the word .Standing on the character of Jia Mu Si as the research object. Carry on deep research to ecological construction of it from three aspects of nature .society and economy. It first theoretically analyses the concept of eco-city construction in China; next, has made the analyses(WSOT analyses) to the Jia Mu Si ecology urban construction condition , discovers its ecology urban construction the advantage and the limiting factor, simultaneously proposes the Jia Mu Si ecology urban construction principle and the goal; in the domestic and foreign ecology city appraisal target system research foundation , this paper has set up the appraisal criterion of ecological environment of Jia Mu Si including 3 appraisal indicators of structure ,function and coordination , and selected 30 items that explain them, put forward the target value ,probe into the AHP method to weight each indicators and given with the way of synthetic index , from 2004 to 2008 these 5 year city ecosystem development condition conducts the research to the Jia Mu Si city, Basing on the results of evaluations obtained the recent years Jia Mu Si city ecology construction development present situation and its the question which existed in this process, proposed the reasonable countermeasure and concrete action for Jia Mu Si the city ecology urban construction. Explore a sustainable way for Jia Mu Si and attain its "twin-win" target of economic sustaining development and ecological environment optimization continuously.
