With the acceleration of urbanization in China,ecologically-civilized cities have become an important topic.The 17th National Congress of the Party has made a strategic layout of five in one,and the ecological civilization has risen from academic research to a national policy agenda.Zhangye City,located in the northwest inland,is very fragile in terms of its ecological environment.It is imperative to build a scientific and reasonable indicator system of ecological civilization.Based on this starting point,this paper uses the important method and BP neural network to construct the basic indicators of ecological civilization in Zhangye City.For the main contradiction in the construction of ecological civilization in Zhangye city,feature indexes were extracted,and the index system was finally constructed using a combination of basic indicators and characteristic indicators.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process and ecological civilization prediction method to evaluate the status of ecological civilization construction in Zhangye City from 2007 to 2016,and finally using the LEAP model to predict the relevant indicators of ecological civilization in Zhangye City in 2020,and put forward corresponding Countermeasures and suggestions.research shows:(1)From the perspective of the construction of the basic index system,the per capita income ratio of urban and rural residents,the ratio of the tertiary industry to GDP,the ratio of R&D to GDP,and the reuse rate of industrial water use are higher,and the cumulative contribution rate exceeds 60%.It is an eco-economic subsystem.The leading factor;the unit of GDP sulfur dioxide emission intensity,forest coverage rate,the number of days of good air quality standards,the unit of arable land,the amount of chemical fertilizers equivalent(improved)cumulative contribution rate has reached more than 60%,is the main influence of the ecological environment subsystem;Engel's coefficient,harmless treatment rate of domestic garbage,urban unemployment registration rate,number of buses owned by people,rural Engel's coefficient,basic social insurance coverage rate,rural sanitation toilet penetration rate,urban population density,10,000 students who are highly efficient The cumulative contribution rate has reached more than 60%.They are the main factors that affect the ecological and social subsystems.From the perspective of the construction of characteristic indicators,the regional differences in the construction of ecological civilization in Zhangye City are mainly reflected in three areas:oasis agriculture,water resources utilization,and land desertification.aspect.(2)Judging from the evaluation results,during the 10 years between 2007 and 2016,Zhangye City scored more than 7.5 points in 2012,2015,and 2016.It belongs to a city with a good ecological civilization,and the remaining 7 years belong to a general city of ecological civilization.History 10 In the year,the average score was 6.6097 points,and there were 6 years that exceeded the average score.The total score increased from 5.179 points in 2007 to 8.1761 points in 2016,an increase of 2.9971 points.It increased year by year and showed an upward trend.(3)From the forecast results,the LEAP model of Option 2 is more reasonable for the future construction of ecological civilization in Zhangye City.By 2020,the per capita income ratio of urban and rural areas and per capita GDP will increase by 1.49 times and 1.92 times the base year.The reuse rate of industrial solid waste and industrial wastewater will increase by 20.52 and 30.46 percentage points respectively.The number of days of forest cover and air quality will meet the standard The rate of environmental noise compliance in urban areas and urban areas has increased by 2.33,2.2,and 25.92 percentage points respectively,and sulfur dioxide and ammonia nitrogen have decreased by 420 tons and 57 tons,respectively.
