The proper disposal of the waste explosive is not only help in recycling of waste resources, but also protecting the environment. The explosive-crusher enables recycle of the waste explosive with using the physical treatment methods. It has far-reaching significance in environment governance, or regardless of the re-use of resources. In order to further shorten the development cycle and reduce the development costs, the paper establishes the functional digital prototype model of the explosive crusher, analyses the performance of the explosive crusher using the virtual prototyping technology and offers the reference for improving of productivity and using safely.The paper establishes the digital model of the explosive crusher, analyses the function requirements of the system and offers the measures about the improvement of the security and reliability. The paper focuses on establishing the simulation model and analysing the performance on the ADAMS software platform. At last, the results of analysis will be in integrated with the actual work to amend the design proposal.
