In this issue,through the study of the anaerobic pond effuent of the vitamin pharmaceutical wastewater with the use of submerged membrane bioreactor,the feasibility of this crafts with vitamin pharmaceutical was investigated.And by changing the operating conditions,we studied different volume loading,hydraulic retention time,sludge concentration,dissolved oxygen and other factors on treatment effect of the influence of the system.The activated sludge settlement and activity within the reactor were studied.The pollution of the membrane wes analyzed,and studied the cleaning of the membrane.And finally we made a dynamic analysis to the sludge growth and degradation of organic of the reactor.The test was divided into three stages:(1),The system start-up phase.in this stage,we investigated the acclimation of the sludge,in the end of the start,the volume loading of the reactor reached to 1.7 kgCOD/m3·d,and the sludge loading was maintained between 0.16-0.33kgCOD/kgMLSS·d,the removal rate of COD,NH4+-N was respectively reached 80%,85%.(2),The stable operation phase.By controlling the operating conditions,the removal rate of COD,NH4+-N was basically stabled at 85% and 90%,and COD and NH4+-N of the out water were following at 90mg/L 3.4mg/L,it was completly reached the discharge standards of water pollutants for pharmaceutical industy Fermentation products category. (3),The condition changing phase.In this stage,by changing the operating contions,we investigatied the impact of various factors that effect system operation,and finally we determined the optimal operating conditions,they were:volume loading was 1.7kgCOD/m3·d,HRT was 12h,MLSS was 6000mg/L,DO was 2-4mg/L.Throughout the operational phase,the sludge settlement was poor,after the reactor was stably operated.SV30 was basically over 90%,SVI was between 90-150mL/g,but because of the efficiency rejection of membrane,the system was not subjected by the sludge settling,the MLSS/MLVSS was between 0.65-0.75. The pollution during the operation of membrane and membrane deaning were studied in this article,and the physical effects of cleaning and chemical cleaning were investigated.microbial decay constant was 0.015d-1;and the maximum removal rate of Organic Substrate was 1.73d-1, saturation constant was 551.78mgCOD/L.Throuh the study of kinetics of the reactor microbial growth and organic matter degradation, we got the theory of microbial yield coefficient was 0.25mgVSS/mgCOD.
