Hydraulic support is one of the key equipments in the mechanization method of coal mining. With the development of the modern coal mining technology, the requirement for hydraulic support design is more and more high. And more and more attention is focused on the improvement of the comprehensive performance. This project seeks to analyze and design the hydraulic support based on multi-domain unified modeling to explore a new design method, and enhance the design efficiency and the product's property.The three-dimensional solid model of the hydraulic support is established in Pro/ENGINEER software.The model is imported in ADAMS by the interface of Pro/БNGINEER and ADAMS-Mechanism/pro. The multi-body system dynamic model of hydraulic support is constructed. The hydraulic schematic of the column circuit is extracted out and the equivalent treatment is carried out. The hydraulic model of the column circuit is established. The dynamic pre-analysis is simulated and the output force of 2-cylinder is obtained when the hydraulic support is risen.The multi-domain unified model is established in ADAMS platform.The kinematic and dynamic analysis is completed.The three-dimensional solid model of the hydraulic support is established in Pro/ENGINEER enviroment. The virtual assembly and interference check of the hydraulic support are achieved in Pro/ENGINEER plateform.The project realizes the data transmit between the three-dimensional model and the ADAMS model.The hydraulic model is established with the modeling theory and method of ADAMS/Hydraulics. The hydraulic schematic of the column circuit is extracted out and the equivalent treatment is carried out. The hydraulic model of the column circuit is established.The hydraulic model is coupled with the mechanism model that is established in the previous section and the multi-domain unified model of hydraulic support is set up.The kinematic and dynamic analysis is completed on the basis of the multi-domain unified model.The full performance parmeters of hydraulic support are obtained.A more high precision analysis method for the hydraulic support design is offered.The project research provides an effective method for the hydraulic support design and a reliable reference for enterprise production. The research has the comparatively significant direction and the reference value.
