Hydraulic support is an important equipment to realize the integrated,mechanization and automation coal mining operation.Using hydraulic support can increase the coal production,raise the labour productivity,decrease the cost of production,ensure the production safety of workers.The core subassembly of the vast majority hydraulic support is four bar mechanism,However,the four bar mechanism have the theory’s defect,and lead to hydraulic support bear the major internal force,causing the damage of hydraulic support.The four bar mechanism is the extensive used hydraulic Supports in domestic,the most researches of hydraulic support are focus on the four bar mechanism and only a little research is about institution analysis of hydraulic support.This thesis embarks from the actual condition of hydraulic support,considering the tradition hydraulic support’s disadvantage,and in view of the parallel mechanism’s characteristics,such as high carrying capacity,fine dynamic property,fine stability,simple structure,putting forward the conception of new hydraulic support which have the parallel mechanism structure.In this thesis,through consulting a lot of literatures about hydraulic support and parallel mechanism at home and abroad,study on simulation of parallel hydraulic support.This thesis do the tentative research on hydraulic support which based on the parallel mechanism.The the tentative research is base on the deep understanding of the theory of hydraulic support and the principle of parallel mechanism.The parallel mechanism take the place of four bar mechanism in the traditional hydraulic support,analysing the joint point of the parallel mechanism and hydraulic support,avoiding the theory’s defect of the traditional hydraulic support.Build the parameterized model of traditional hydraulic support and parallel hydraulic support in ADAMS,and make a comparison between the traditional hydraulic support’s top beam trajectory and the parallel hydraulic support’s top beam trajectory.The study on the kinematics positive solution and inverse solution of parallel hydraulic support and dynamics of parallel hydraulic support in ADAMS. On the basis of simulation analysis in ADAMS,the thesis do the statics analysis and structure optimization analysis of parallel hydraulic support based on the ANSYS Workbench. Through the analysis of ADAMS and Workbench, it is obtain that parallel mechanism is suitable as the core structure of the hydraulic support.
