This thesis research the content of mine water resources assessment, development, research content, evaluation methods carried out a detailed study. Luan Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the research object in Luan mining area through the analysis of hydro-geological data, has been a lot of mine water data. With fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method Luan mining area mine water quality monitoring results of the evaluation; using gray prediction model GM (1,1) of the mine water inflow of water was predicted to determine the stability of Mine Water Inflow; to 30000 size of mine water treatment, design of mine waste water treatment processes, and utilization of mine water resources, economic analysis and social assessment. Through the mine water quality, quantity and the development and utilization of evaluation of conditions for the mine water is providing a more scientific and more effective theory.
