| NC programming is one of the key technologies for NC machining.Its efficiency and quality, to a great extent, determine the machining precision of the products and the efficiency of production.Especially,with NC machining's constant development towards the high-speed and high-precision direction , improving the quality and efficiency of NC programming is of great importance for improving the competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprise. With the spread of software of CAD/CAM, the direct programming model NC programming is gradually replaced by automatic programming. People tend to neglect significance of direct programming;Particularly the significance of macro program.In fact, both the CAD/CAM software programming and direct programming have their own specialty, and the existing CAD/CAM software can not satisfy all the special functions of NC system. Macro program is dapper ,it can again effectivly use the fuction of NC system,extremly deserve reseach and popular appliance. But macro programming is flexible, and how to compile a concise and high-quality and high-efficient macro program becomes a difficult problem in the NC machining. This paper firstly explores the advantages and disadvantages of the CAD/CAM programming, and compares with the macro programming, and then further illustrates incomparable advantages of macro programming and the significance of penctratingly study and extensive use of macro programs; secondly, the paer take quadratic curves as research object, analyses the quadratic curves fitting and explores the quadratic curves processing accuracy control; then, analyzes all kinds of quadratic curves of macro program processing; finally, through actual processing case, it analyses design procedure, interpolation calculation, precision calibration, programming, simulation experiments and product processing, etc in the process of application macro program process. |
