Combing is the critical process to improve the yarn quality in the cotton spinning engineering.With the unceasing requirement of yarn quality in the domestic and foreign markets,the position of combing process appeared more important than ever.Studying high-efficacy comb has been the important subject in cotton textile machinery. According to the vibaration and noise of CM500 cotton comber , a dynamic balance simulation design is proposed. And its vibration and noise are decreased through the dynamic balance design of some parts of, and is improved.This article firstly using the method of dynamic test, CM500 cotton comber's noise are tested and analyzed when it works with rotate speed of 350,400,450,500 rpm and the vibration source and noise source are found.Second, information inquiry by learning CAD and other 3D software, the first box on the locomotive combing a three-dimensional solid model creation, and multi-body dynamics simulation model, introduced the related software and modeling theory, for the next Comber multi-body dynamics simulation of the design and simulation of the theoretical basis.In order to creat parts with comlplex features, created using solidworks 3d software model of the intermediate staff syestem and found there are some intermediate shaft eccentric syestem.
